ALL ORDERS HAVE BEEN FILLED THROUGH MARCH 2024. IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER AFTER THIS TIME FRAME, PLEASE NOTE THAT IT WILL BE FILLED WHEN WE ARE ABLE TO PROCESS IT. 

WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT US BY EMAIL, SAKO@THEWORKINGMONGREL.COM WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. MANY OF OUR EMAIL RESPONSES GO TO SPAM, PLEASE CHECK THERE FIRST IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. FOR NEW ORDERS?

WE ARE TAKING THIS TIME TO RESTRUCTURE OUR BUSINESS, ONBOARD NEW FACTORIES, PARTNERS, & SUPPLIERS SO THAT WHEN OUR DOORS RE-OPEN WE ARE PREPARED TO MANAGE THE QUANTITY OF ORDERS WITHOUT IT JEOPARDIZING ANYONE'S HEALTH & AVOID DELAYING FUTURE ORDERS. WE ARE ALSO PREPARING FOR SCALING OUR MANUFACTURING, MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS, PACKING, SHIPPING, & MANY OTHER AREAS OF OUR BUSINESS TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AS OUR BRAND HAS BEEN RAPIDLY GROWING FASTER THAN WE CAN MANAGE AS A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS OF 3. WHILE WE ARE INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM, WE WANT TO ENSURE WE HAVE OUR BUSINESS PROPERLY SET UP TO MANAGE THIS GROWTH WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, & OUR PERSONAL INVESTMENT IN OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS. THE HEALTH & PROPER HEALING OF OUR CEO IS OUR PRIORITY, WITHOUT HER, THERE IS NO BRAND. AS SUCH, WE ARE MANAGING MANY UNPREDICTABLE MEDICAL RELATED CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL WHICH REQUIRES US TO PLAY EACH DAY HOUR BY HOUR.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING ANY ORDERS AT THIS TIME?

WE HAVE NOTICED THAT ALTHOUGH OUR SITE IS CLOSED FOR NEW ORDERS, SOME ORDERS ARE STILL BEING PLACED FROM OLD TABS THAT WERE LEFT OPEN BEFORE WE CLOSED. IN THESE INSTANCES, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PLACING THE ORDER AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. WHILE WE ARE PROCESSING THESE ORDERS, THEY ARE NOT A PRIORITY AT THIS TIME AS WE HAVE MADE OUR BUSINESS CIRCUMSTANCES EXPLICITLY CLEAR. WE WILL BE HOSTING SOME SAMPLE SALES & FLASH SALES ON EDIBLE PRODUCTS THAT WE HAVE INVENTORY OF TO AVOID SPOILAGE & EXPIRATION IN THE MEANTIME. WHEN WE HAVE THESE FLASH SALES WE WILL BE SENDING OUT A MASS EMAIL & POSTING TO OUR SOCIALS TO ANNOUNCE IT IN ADVANCE. ITEMS WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE UNTIL INVENTORY IS SOLD OUT. LASTLY, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE AN EXISTING PRODUCT WHILE OUR SHOP IS CLOSED, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL. LASTLY, DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT & EXPECTATIONS WE ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR CUSTOMERS TO LAY OUT A REALISTIC TIMELINE & GENERATE A CUSTOM INVOICE IF WE HAVE INVENTORY OF A REQUESTED PRODUCT & IT IS NOT MADE TO ORDER.

HOW ARE ORDERS BEING FILLED?

WE ARE PROCESSING ORDERS BASED ON INVENTORY & THE AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM. WE ARE A TINY FAMILY RUN BUSINESS OF THREE THAT ARE OFF SITE OFTEN ATTENDING TO PERSONAL MATTERS AT THE MOMENT, SO MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE BEING PROCESSED LASTLY. OUR CEO & BRAND FOUNDER IS PHYSICALLY DISABLED RECEIVING SPECIALIZED MEDICAL TREATMENT AT THE MOMENT THAT REQUIRES TRAVEL. ADDITIONALLY, WE ALSO HAVE TRAVEL PLANNED IN THE COMING MONTHS TO HELP US MEET OUR GROWING BUSINESS NEEDS AS WE ARE RESTRUCTURING OUR BUSINESS TO PRIORITIZE OUR CEO'S HEALTH. WE DO OUR BEST TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT THAT OUR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS HAVE ON OUR BUSINESS & WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. HOWEVER, UNFORTUNATELY PHYSICAL DISABILITIES & CHRONIC ILLNESSES ARE UNPREDICTABLE.

 

BALL TUGS, MADE TO ORDER GEAR, & MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND TAKE THE LONGEST IN TERMS OF FULFILLMENT DUE TO THE LABOR INVOLVED, ESPECIALLY EMBROIDERY PRODUCTS, AS WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ONBOARDING A NEW EMBROIDERY PARTNER. HOWEVER, WE PROCESS ANY MADE TO ORDER ITEM OF THE SAME KIND AT THE SAME TIME FOR MORE EFFICIENT PRODUCTION.

ESTABLISHING NEW RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE INDIVIDUALS & SHOPS THAT HAVE REACHED OUT IS A LENGTHY PROCESS AS WE SAMPLE EVERY ITEM WE HAVE MADE UNTIL WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE EXECUTION TO APPROVE IT FOR FINAL PRODUCTION.
