Ostrich tendons are a long, flat chew measuring around 9" in length (natural variation is to be expected) that make a great rawhide alternative. Ostrich is also a novelty protein that is typically well tolerated by dogs with allergies & sensitivities.  The texture is very firm but does soften as the dog continues to chew. The wood smoked process provides extra flavor without the worry of bones that easily brittle like traditonally wood smoked chews.
